Sometimes GMail will stop displaying images in your emails. This is due to a security warning that you may have missed when using OnLetterhead. Please follow these steps to get your images working in GMail again. Before you get started, make sure you close all open programs except for Internet Explorer.
1. Click the Tools button on your Internet Explorer browser, then click Internet Options:
2. Click the Advanced tab, then click Reset:
3. Click the Reset button: (Don't worry, you won't lose all of your usernames and passwords!)
4. Internet Explorer will reset it's settings. When it's done, click Close.
5. You will need to restart Internet Explorer.
When Internet Explorer returns, you may not see the OnLetterhead toolbar. Follow these steps to get your toolbar back:
1. Click Tools, then Manage Add-Ons.
2. Scroll through the list until you see Monsoon Interactive. Click the OnLetterhead Toolbar button and click Enable.
3. You'll get this pop up. Click Enable.
4. Click Close and then close and re-open Internet Explorer. When Internet Explorer restarts, you'll see the OnLetterhead toolbar.
Now, lets go to GMail.
First, click the Login button to login to the OnLetterhead toolbar.
Now, click the Compose button within GMail.
When you click Brand It, you may see this pop-up. It is very important that you click NO at this pop-up.
Once you click NO, you'll be able to see the OnLetterhead images.
You are now ready to send and receive the OnLetterhead emails!
