Importing Images to your Design

Please follow each step to successfully import your images into your Custom Design or one of our Pre-Designed letterheads.
Please note that not all of our Pre-Designed letterheads can support an image.

Outlook 2000 - 2007:
 
Click OnLetterhead
Point to My Display Info, click Edit Display Info
Click Edit Dynamic Images
Click Add
Click Next
Choose the name of your dynamic image from the down pointing arrow
Click the Down-Pointing Arrow
Click Browse and find the image you'd like to insert
Click Next
If you need to crop or zoom your image, you can do so.
Click Next
Name your image. Your recipients do not see the name of the image.
Click Finish

Outlook Express or the Browser Toolbar:
 
Click OnLetterhead or OLH
Click Mail Settings
Click Display Profile
Click Edit Dynamic Images
Click Add
Click Next
Choose the name of your dynamic image from the down pointing arrow
Click the Down-Pointing Arrow
Click Browse and find the image you'd like to insert
Click Next
If you need to crop or zoom your image, you can do so.
Click Next
Name your image. Your recipients do not see the name of the image.
Click Finish

Link your image to a website:

Click the name of your image
On the Link Your Image panel you can link the image to a website or email address. Do so if you'd like, and click Apply.
Close the Manage My Images window and compose a new branded email to view the changes. Remember that the links will not be active in compose mode.
