Missing the OnLetterhead toolbar in Internet Exporer? Follow these steps to get your toolbar back.

Click the Tools button, then the Manage Add-Ons button.

You may need to scroll down to see the Monsoon Interactive Plugin.



Click the OnLetterhead Toolbar and click Enable. You may be prompted to also enable "ieefanhelper Object."

Click Enable then click Close. You may need to close Internet Explorer and then re-open it to see the OnLetterhead Toolbar within your browser window.

If these steps don't work for you, then please follow these steps:

Click Tools
Click Internet Options



Now, click the Reset button to reset your Internet Explorer to the default settings:



Once you click the Reset button, click OK and then close and re-open your browser. The OnLetterhead Toolbar should appear for you.
